I said "Let me think about it...it may take two weeks...."

*just kidding*



I'm not often surprised but he did good.

A quiet night with friends. Mr. Chung (showing off his arms) made our small group dinner...he prepared the menu, purchased/prepared/cooked the whole meal for us. He Rocks!!!

Above: hot italian sausage, brocolli, onions, sauce, pasta,  salt and pepper to taste...fresh and simply delicious.

Below: fresh mango, mixed greens, onions, sun raisins, rasberry balsamic vinegrette, all tossed to perfection with a side of sweet french bread and flavored olive oils and balsamic vinegar.

Dinner fit for Royalty and it was healthy.

Mr and Mrs Yuen opened their kitchen and home to all of us.

Mr Nie graciously did dishes by hand and stored cleaned dishes in the dishwasher (like any good Chinese). LOL...

Thanks Mr. Chung for warming our hearts with your graciousness and servanthood...and for filling our tummies. We ate and ate, even when we couldn't eat no more. I love BUMs, this small group is a huge encouragement. Thanks again for wonderful company and a really awesome night.
